So, I became aware of Michael K Storm and his services through my hairstylist. From those first moments until today, he has been nothing but professional, kindhearted, hilarious, and uniquely genuine. My family worked with Michael for about two weeks before the offer on our home was accepted. He took time to speak with me to gain history on my blended family and our needs in a home as well as our financial obligations going into the home buying process. The initial interview/”get to know you” (verbal and written) was definitely an exceptional touch that really helped us decide he was the realtor for us because we felt as though someone heard us and was listening to our concerns as far as prices, family dynamic needs, location, and wants/desires. Michael was available to answer any questions via text or voice whenever I did not understand different aspects of the journey. His team (loan officer, attorney, inspector, security, etc) were all friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. He was my sounding board to negotiate things after the offer was accepted and down to closing day. Additionally, he was a cheerleader when our family’s offer was accepted and took time to keep me grounded when we encountered a hiccup during closing. Mr. Storm may not have started his career as a realtor, but it is positively his calling. My family is grateful for him guiding us through this housing market. Thank you for helping us find our forever home!

Michael K. Storm, Realtor is professional, responsive to any questions or issues we had and just all around great person to help you find your forever home.. He helped find a home for my Sister-in-law and now my Husband and I. He will continue to help with future homes for the rest of my family.. He went above and beyond, helping us relocate from Florida to NC with a new home in sight. He is friendly and funny and makes this experience, that can be a little stressful, fun and full of memories. Very Blessed...

We have had experiences before where we felt like we were left hanging and had to do all of the reaching out but not with Michael. He is a very thoughtful realtor and takes pride in your business. Michael K. Storm is an awesome realtor! My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Our journey was filled with many mountains and valleys but Michael was with us every step of the way and even took a few steps ahead of us to be sure the terrain was going to be safe. He was not afraid to roll his sleeves up for the cause. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor who really cares about the customer/buyer and puts you first. We know that he had other clients but we felt like we were priority and never left in limbo.
