Michael Kahler

Michael is a lifelong connector and relationship builder who sees deal-making through a creative lens. With 12+ years of marketing, sales, and sales management experience to his credit, he understands every client is different and has unique needs for one of the most intimate purchasing decisions people will make.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Michael attended Baker University where he studied marketing and sales, and played both basketball and golf. He has lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn for over 8 years, currently residing in the vibrant neighborhood of Fort Greene. Prior to entering NYC real estate brokerage, he spent two years on his own development project in Dallas. From buying, selling, rehabbing, investing, designing and building, his passion for real estate is unrelenting.

Outside of real estate, Michael's interests include wine, long runs, longer riffs, Golf, Art, design, and an occasional Show Tune.
