Michael grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina with five sisters and one brother. Michael attributes much of his success to the foundational values he was raised on in the South. These values, which continue to guide him today, include honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. He attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro studying Pharmacy before he moved to the Valley in 2008 and graduated with a Nursing Degree. Michael has lived all over the Valley including Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and now Scottsdale so he knows the greater Phoenix area very well. He has seen the incredible transformation of this city and all the great opportunities that have followed.
Since living in Arizona, Michael has now worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, and most recently the W Hotel. He has cultivated strong relationships and has built an incredible network of friends and contacts. He’s used this network to help launch two successful companies that are still thriving today. Building trusting and meaningful relationships is something he prides himself on and continues to do throughout Real Estate. Michael knows that the Valley has so many extraordinary things to offer its residents and is excited to showcase these to his clients.
Michael is always looking to further his knowledge of the industry and prides himself on being a student of the game. He stays on top of the latest trends, market conditions, and everything affecting buyers and sellers so he can assist his clients in making smart and informed Real Estate decisions.
Michael was lucky enough to marry the love of his life Savannah in 2017 and a year later they welcomed a baby girl named Ruby. Traveling to a different country every year and experiencing new cultures and cuisines, Michael and Savannah can now truly say there is no place like home. In his free time Michael follows all North Carolina sports, especially the Carolina Panthers and UNC Tarheels. You can find Michael on a hike with his wife and daughter, eating out at all the great new Valley restaurants, watching a movie on the couch, at the dog park with his two pups, or on the golf course.
