Michael Maerten is a PA-licensed real estate agent who strives to provide The Collective team and clients with the most up-to-date data to accomplish client goals at a high level of success. Michael is extremely experienced having been a part of over 1,500 transactions with the team and this knowledge is shared with all agents and clients that the team services. His goal is to provide his clients and agents with a high level of communication and service during the sales process. In addition, Michael is also the team’s negotiation specialist and handles the contract negotiations to help their sellers get the best terms on their contracts. Michael is also an avid educator, authoring Buyer Agent Boot Camp to help newer agents jump-start their real estate careers. He also has intimate knowledge of home repairs and value due to his involvement in flipping properties on the side.
