Michael Mamo was born in Harris County and raised in Montgomery County. He was an Owner Operator of 3 Subway Franchises located in Willis, Conroe, and New Waverly. He currently Owns 2 Wireless Zone Franchises, a premium retailer for Verizon Wireless located in Conroe and Bay City. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in 2007. He has performed many off market and on market commercial and residential real estate transactions.

As a franchise owner in a retail environment Michael has extensive experience in communicating on every level. As a customer first sales person Michael is well versed in selling and marketing a listing property, or a unique way of positioning a transaction as my buyer having the strongest offer to close even if we are not the highest offer received.



As a tech geek, Michael keeps himself well informed of all the latest technology trends, area developments, and of course the homes you love. Most of all, Michael knows how to research and find the home or investment property that is perfect for you. As well as how to market your real estate using tools like print materials, signs, and Big Data, all the tools that internet giants use to advertise to you. His knowledge of the area and drive to find that perfect real estate really sets him apart.



Michael is married to his lovely wife, since 1997, Shannon, the mother of his two sons Johnathan and Kyle of whom he is extremely proud of. His family inspired his Company name M. S. J.& K. Inc. established in 2000. His sons are grown up and started their lifelong careers in the Oil and Gas industry. As an agent Michael is experienced in purchasing and selling on the market or off the market Investment Properties, Commercial Leasing, and of course residential real estate. No real estate transaction is too big or small for him.

Michael does not have all the answers all the time and he is not afraid to admit it or ask questions, but he will always strive to find the answer or the solutions to your liking and needs. “The client always comes first” said Michael.
