About Michael

Michael Manzitto "Raised in a Real-Estate Family" Mike's father started in Real Estate back in 1951 in Lincoln Nebraska. While acquiring a degree in Construction Technology Mike worked for his family remodeling properties and later took ownership at the age of 20 in his own properties. Mike moved to Montana for an opportunity to work in the Luxury Home/Resort industry, which lead to a VP position working with homes up to 25,000 square feet in size. He personally worked with celebrities and with international clients building homes as far away as Japan . Mike formed his own company in 1996. He had the desire to design and build traditional framed properties. Mike also successfully purchased vacant land, built custom homes, condominiums, commercial buildings and developed neighborhoods. Mike is highly respected in the communities he developed. Twenty-Six years later a business trip to Colorado in research of Urban Living lead Mike to relocate his family. Mike and his family fell in love with the Colorado lifestyle! With over 300 projects completed and the desire to be on the Realtor side of the industry Mike shifted his energy to helping others buy and sell properties. His unique background and knowledge is the perfect mix for first time homebuyers up to Luxury home clients. Mikes clients appreciate the experience level and most importantly see the value of having a Realtor/Builder along side them to assist in the largest investment they may ever make.
