Michael Millikin

Mike, originally from Chicago, has been a Charleston native for the last thirty one years. Attended Bishop England High School as well as The College of Charleston. After college, Mike started a career in the hospitality industry and quickly worked his way into management. For the twelve years prior to Real Estate, Mike was in marketing for the hospitality and travel industry. He started in marketing management and ultimately started his own successful marketing company. Mike has made a seamless transfer from marketing and hospitality into real estate, as those honed skills translate well in the the real estate world. Mike has been in the top 5% of all area agents in total transactions the last 5 years running. In 2025 Mike was #1 in total sales volume for all of Realty One Group in Charleston. Mike currently resides in Mt. Pleasant. When not working, he enjoys spending most time with his wife, son, and daughter outdoors golfing, running, and biking around this beautiful city.
