We can't say enough about what a great experience we've had with Michael. Living out of country and constantly worried about our property was a big burden. We engaged Michael and he immediately set us at ease, we had our condo occupied almost immediately and completely seamlessly for us. Any issues that did arise, were handled quickly and professionally. Michael has been been responsive and extremely helpful with everything.

My wife and I recently bought a house near Orlando, and Michael was our realtor. We happened to meet him while viewing another property and we immediately "clicked", as we felt he understood our preferences very well and did not try to push us into buying something that we did not fell passionate about. When we found the house that we liked online, he was able to schedule a visit and meet us at the property all within 30 minutes after we called him. Since he has done property management for many years, he was also able to give helpful advice when buying a property for short term rental. On top of it all, he is a really fun guy to talk to. We definitely recommend him!
