About Michael

Michael is a California Licensed Mortgage and Real Estate Broker. In addition, operates his own Escrow Company, West Hills Escrow Division. Since 1985 he has experience in helping Buyers and Sellers successfully navigate through the process of Buying or Selling their homes. He has also assisted thousands of Buyers in obtaining financing for the purchase of their home and have assisted in the refinancing of their mortgages.
Michael has experience in the current technology utilized throughout both industries. He is Certified as an e-PRO internet professional in 2007. He has also completed courses as a Certified Foreclosure Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, HouseValues Certified Professional and a Real Estate Webographer.
Every year he is required to take continuing educational courses. In addition, he operates his own mortgage company and have originated thousands of purchase and refinance loans. Michael’s knowledge and experience in these two areas allows him to guide his clients in the most effective direction. This also allows for an exceptionally smooth transaction which leads to happy and satisfied clients.
In his free time Michael enjoys music, playing baseball, softball and spending time with his wife and dogs. He has one beautiful daughter who graduated with her master’s degree in Psychology and has her own private practice in therapy and counseling.
