Michael Rizzuto

Michael has lived in Rockland County for the last 50 years. He has been a full-time licensed Realtor in New York since 2005, and an Associate Real Estate Broker Since 2015 and earned my Associate Real Estate Brokers License in New Jersey 2019. Before that, he was a licensed Operating Engineer. He is affiliated with Coldwell Banker in their Hudson Valley Regional Sales Office in New City, New York and Coldwell Banker Allendale, New Jersey office. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Hudson Valley Gateway Association of Realtors, and Greater Bergan County Board of Realtors. Michael is also a member of the New York One Key MLS, New Jersey MLS, and the Garden State MLS. He has achieved the designations of Accredited Buyers agent and Short Sale foreclosure Resource. Michael enjoys being active in the community. He is currently a Board Member for the Nanuet Rotary, Volunteer for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society and collects donations for People to People.
