Michael recently helped my parents buy a beautiful home in Dayton. It was especially challenging since they were moving from out of town, but Michael was extremely flexible and always willing to adjust his schedule to meet us when needed. He was very knowledgeable and he patiently guided my parents every step of the way. Michael was a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a realtor in the Dayton area. Michael did a great job! He helped us find someone to do the repairs to our rental property quickly and at a great price. Two days after he put the sign in the yard we had two offers! One offer paid $7000 more than our asking price. He has been very helpful regarding problems we have with our residence as well even though we are not selling it we’re in the market for anything else. I highly recommend Mr. Royce to anyone who needs a realtor.

In 2017, Mike Royce and Associates helped me get my parents home sold that had been empty since late 2013. I had also been in a bad auto accident, was injured, in the hospital and rehabbing. I admire Michael Royce's professional skills. He sold my home when the housing market was very low. Then for nearly a year he monitored a property I wanted and notified me immediately when it went on the market. As a result I quickly made an offer that was accepted and now I live in a home I love.

Michael Royce has been my go to realtor for years. He knows the markets good or bad and knows what needs to be done to sell your home. And he listens to you when you say what kind of home you want to buy. MR Royce is probably the hardest working realtor I know in the Dayton area. No house is to big or to small. He know how to work through hurdles from his decades of commitment to his clients. I always enjoy seeing or talking to Micheal Royce.
