I was a first time home buyer trying to find a house while in the middle of finals for graduate school and working in healthcare during the pandemic. If it weren't for Mike and the loan officer he referred me to, I would not have been able to get a home while the interest rates were this low.

I highly recommend going with Mike and everyone he refers to be part of your home buying team. His loan officer and the insurance agent his loan officer recommended made the process manageable despite everything going on in my life at the time.

Two years ago Mike helped me and my husband find the house of our dreams. He worked so hard for us because I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for but I knew that once I saw it then that will be it. He had to deal with my frustration after losing a few homes to higher bids but he was so patient. The house we did get Mike worked so fast with the owners that they never even got their "For Sale" sign up. I'm so glad the other homes fell through because this house is perfect! Thank you so much Mike!

Mike was thoroughly professional in his approach to selling our home. He was well versed in the then current market conditions and priced our house accordingly. Our house sold in only a few weeks and at our asking price. We couldn't be more plased that Mike was our Realtor for the sale of our home.

The best knowledgeable realtor , he knows his job , well experience in Rehab ,He knows the budget dollar to dollar cost wise .He is on the target in buying and feeling the house price wise. He knows all the trick in the rehab and anything you spend on the house price cost he is on the target , budget. I never meet a realtor like him since i been buying houses for the last 25 yrs. I will keep him forever. He teaches my son in fixing the house he is all around like a contractor , electrician , plumbing roof an etc. He is the best , he can solve the problem,You want a realtor like him not just the selling point but he is all around. My advice to buyers and seller get Mike he is good in decision making if this property is good for you. I thank you Mike for the thing you thought us. We will be riding w/ you for the upcoming years. God is good to us .Thank you for the bottom of our hearts .
