Mike is FANTASTIC!!! We loved working with Mike . He made the buying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. We bought a brand new house from a builder and Mike was sharing pics of the progress of each and every step since we were far from the location.

He did a final walkthrough with us to make sure everything is good to go. Thank you, Mike. You are awesome.

Michael was truly exceptional. He helped me to buy a house last year while I didn’t know him well. When I had disagreement about certain things during the process, Michael was very patient and responsive to make it work out for me. He put my interest above his own interests and worked diligently with the other agent to get problem solved. He is very professional and selfless. I truly appreciate his effort to make my purchase easier. He was willing to sacrifice his own commission to get my purchase go through finally. I never met such real estate agency with such good personal qualities and professional skills. You won’t go wrong by using him as your agent. I would recommend him to everyone. And I will use him if I have such need in the future.

Michael was an amazing with myself, wife and kids in closing our our new home during Covid. He was there to give us great advice and amazing assistance with what we should do and look for during the entire process. He didn’t treat us like some random person but someone who was genuine and honest and became a a friend during this process to make sure this is what we exactly wanted for our home. If I could be honest I would give him million stars and when it’s time to look again for a house he will be the one to go to.

Mike Seidel was instrumental in helping my wife and I buy our house last July. In an extremely competitive seller's market Mike kept us ahead of date with "coming soon" listings so we could schedule a viewing the day a house became active on the market. Mike made himself available ASAP and gave valuable feedback when time to put in offers. He gave us honest input (even if it wasn't in line with our thought process) helping us make the best offers we could. Even with his honest feedback Mike never pushed us to offer more than we were comfortable with. Once in the buying process Mike communicated the steps and facilitated the process seamlessly.
