Michael Simonetti

Michael is a third-generation REALTOR® with nearly two decades of experience helping families find their homes in the Upstate. He takes great pride in guiding his clients through the home buying and selling process and is honored to have earned highly sought-after industry recognition in recent years. Michael believes that real estate is a relationship business, and he is committed to listening carefully to each client’s unique needs and lifestyle preferences as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

In addition to his extensive real estate experience, Michael holds a BFA in Photographic Imaging from The Art Institute of Washington DC and has professional photography, cinematography, and drone experience. This allows him to ensure that every listing is compelling and engaging, showcasing properties in their best light.

Outside of work, Michael values spending time with his family and children. He enjoys riding, developing, and shoeing horses, as well as racing off-road motorcycles, hiking, and camping—activities that allow him to stay active and connected to the outdoors.
