Michael Smith

Michael Smith is the owner and real estate broker of record for Myriad. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a B.S. in Finance, and a former licensed Securities Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Michael's professional career began as a due diligence analyst, followed by due diligence officer for two national broker/dealers. He was responsible for the investment analysis and recommendations pertaining to residential, retail, industrial, and commercial real estate projects located throughout the United States. On a first hand basis, he learned, and continues to practice, the analysis techniques used by some of the leading real estate professionals.

During the late eighties and early nineties, Michael headed real estate acquisitions for a west coast real estate developer. His success there, and the desire to create a company that would offer better and more unique services, led to the founding of Myriad Real Estate Group in 1991.

Under the leadership of Michael Smith, Myriad operates today with the same objectives under which it was organized—to maintain at the cutting edge of technology and to offer the highest degree of professional service and attention to its clients.
