Michael Spear

Mike is a native of Edina, Minnesota where he grew up an avid skier. While in college at Northern Arizona University, Mike taught skiing and made frequent trips to the Vail Valley to ski at both Vail and Beaver Creek. After graduating from college with a degree in Public Relations, and experience as a ski school supervisor and assistant ski school director, Mike was offered a job with the Vail/Beaver Creek Ski Schools and chose Beaver Creek because it was just starting to develop into a world class resort.

Being a top instructor, Mike developed a clientele that frequented the Vail Valley on numerous occasions and many became interested in real estate, prompting Mike to become a licensed Realtor in 1993. Mike holds the GRI designation as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute from the Colorado Association of Realtors. He has received the Eagle Award as a top producer with Slifer Smith & Frampton.

Mike has been an on site broker in Cordillera, Beaver Creek and currently offices in the 281 Bridge Street office in Vail Village but enjoys helping Clients in all price ranges and areas of the Vail Valley Real Estate market. Mike is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and enjoys helping customers make their Vail Valley real estate dreams come true.
