Juli’s career in real estate began with a 4 million sale in Beverly Hills in the late 80’s. At that time, it was a record price in the Beverly Hills Flats area. In her 33-year career as a Realtor, Juli has represented buyers and sellers in Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverly Park, Wilshire Corridor, BHPO, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Cheviot Hills, Beverlywood, Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, and Century City. She has also assisted in the sale of properties in New York City. She has extensive experience in working with overseas-based clients, ranging from Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Juli has been associated with Merrill Lynch, Jon Douglas, Sotheby’s Realty and Regent Brokerage.

Juli has an MBA in taxation from San Francisco State University and is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute leading to a certification of GRI. Prior to her career in real estate Juli was a designer and manufacturer of children’s clothing selling mostly to major department stores in the USA.

Juli speaks fluent Malay/Indonesian. She resides in West Los Angeles and has for many years, is married and has two children. She is a member of the Board of the Museum Service Council at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), currently an active volunteer at Cedar Sinai Hospital and has been the past Chair of the Special Events Committee.
