He was a huge resource for us, especially with it being our first time buying a home. He advised us of the entire process and what each step entailed. He helped us realize and put into words what we were looking for and what we didn't want in a house.
This process would not have been as easy if we didn't have him by our side! He caught something in a purchase agreement that would have been really bad for us.
There were times he made us feel like we were his only clients, he definitely made us feel like one of his highest priorities.

We felt like he knew the market well, the area very well and would list the home according to that particular area of Longview. When things fell through with our first buyer he was very transparent and encouraging and honest. When we finally got our second offer and the offer that finally closed the home the biggest relief was sent our way. We truly loved our home and put money into it knowing it would make another family very happy. Mike seemingly felt as strong as we did that we did have a nice home, just needed a buyer to see that. My biggest advice is if your selling or buying in Longview seek out a realtor that lives within that community. Your going to get way more insight.

Mike was amazing! Because of an unanticipated family emergency, we had to move rather quickly to sell a property in another state. We called two realtors (based on reviews) on a weekend and he was the first to reply. He was familiar with the property (a condo unit in a retirement type complex) and understood what it would take to work with the folks at the complex, how to stage it, and how to get it on the market. Mike is the most knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with. He represented me in a house purchase about three years ago. He walked around the property and he pointed out many issues. He is able to look at a house and explain the structural issues quickly and easily. The house was sound, but he was really knowledgeable about construction, maintenance and livability.

We did not know what to expect our first time selling a home but Mike explained every step and had a very detailed marketing plan prepared for our home. The only thing we had to do was keep our house clean and available for pictures and viewing. I was impressed that even though the commission was small on the first one, we got great service. On the second larger home we again got great service! Mike has a great team and is a great leader... very happy with his detailed knowledge and network he brought to us. We couldn't be more satisfied!
