Michael Warmt

His name is Mike Warmt and he is a full-service Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Scott Film Realty. He grew up in the Town of Brunswick, Rensselaer County and attended Hudson Valley Community College where he received an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. Since graduating, he has worked in the Electrical and Telecommunications field for nearly 30 years and has recently returned to the college to become a full-time instructor in the curriculum from which he graduated. He currently resides in North Greenbush with his wife Erica, son Michael Jr., and daughter Marielle.

He has always enjoyed being involved with real estate properties since he was young. In the early 2000s, he was considering taking an additional job beyond his full-time employment while his wife was home with their newborn son. Rather than taking on an additional job, he bought his first investment property to produce another source of income. Since then, he has purchased and flipped multiple investment properties. He enjoys working with real estate so much that he decided to become a licensed real estate agent.

He has been investing in real estate for 20 years and decided to become a licensed agent so he could represent clients with the experience and expertise he has gained over the years. Combined with the professionalism and knowledge of Scott’s 30-plus years of experience, this results in superior customer service.
