Over the past 10 years, my husband and I purchased 2 houses with the team of Mike Wood at Re/Max, and are currently in the middle of buying another home with one of Mike's realtors, Nicholas Abe. So I think I can rightfully claim that we know how Mike's team works and what they bring to the table.
Especially since we've worked with a number of realtors in NV, but also in CA and MN, I have to say that NO other realtor has been more responsive and engaged than Nicholas Abe. He truly listens to what we want (and what we don't), and he never tries to upsell us. On the contrary: Nick points out "bad things" about a house and rather recommends to walk away and keep looking - he really REALLY wants to help finding the perfect forever home and is NOT looking for a quick sale. Plus, he's really fun to work with! 15 Stars. Period. Full stop.

09/2020 - Since our first experience with Mike Wood and his team went so well it was easy to contact Mike again when we were relocating to the East Coast and needed to sell our home - Fast! Our home sold in a matter of a few weeks. This was a big relief since we were on such a tight schedule.

I have worked with Mike Wood and his team multiple times. He is my go-to when it come to buying or selling in Northern Nevada!

The first experience was buying my first house. He was very supportive and education during the process. It was a great experience as a first time buyer. Mike provided a lot of guidance. The process was very smooth and we were in our new home within 35 days!

The second experience Mike sold our first house and helped us by a short-sale. This was a very complex process that never would have been possible if we didn't have Mike and his team on our side. He was able to navigate a variety of challenges along the way and get our house sold for a fair price and get us into the new house.

The third experience Mike helped me buy a house in our ideal neighborhood. Mike again was able to make the process smooth and to navigate a couple challenges with the other realtors involved.
