Michaelene Tracey

Michaelene is entering her 20th year as a realtor. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, and is fully licensed in Florida.

An experienced relocation agent, Michaelene has a solid understanding of complex real estate transactions. She has a BA in Communications, with an emphasis in marketing, which is clear in how she manages her listings. Michaelene offers a plethora of knowledge and offers staging advice to highlight each home’s unique characteristics. As a buyer’s agent, she works hand in hand with her clients' needs and home preferences to find properties that truly meet their criteria.

Michaelene continues to grow as a real estate agent by attending classes, conferences, and seminars. She is extremely responsive to her clients and highly regarded by her peers.

A native Midwesterner, Michaelene relates to every client looking to move or retire to the Sunshine State. She is familiar with the Central Florida real estate market and has three daughters attending Florida Southern College in Lakeland. She specializes in the Tampa Bay region, including Riverview, Valrico, Brandon, as well as experience in the 55+ communities in Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, Wimauma, and Ruskin.
