Michela was amazing in helping us navigating the ups and downs in buying our dream home, despite living in another State! Michaela Worthington was an excellent realtor and continues to follow up with me in case I have any questions or need further information about my purchase. She found the perfect place for me, close to my niece's house, and close to shopping and work. The townhome development takes care of the exterior which reduces my stress and expenses. She effectively represented my interests with the seller to make the purchase successful. She was thorough in preparing me for the closing which was completed quickly without any issues. She has extensive experience as a realtor and I would definitely recommend her. She will be my realtor for my next home purchase.

Michela and her team were on top of every detail through the whole process. While we were expecting a faster sale, the neighborhood couldn't help it and Michela did everything she could to boost viewings with social media and outreach. We were impressed by all the advertising channels she uses to help her clients achieve their goals.
We also had to do a lot of work to the house and her recommended contractors were professional and did top quality work.

She provides cartoning and discounts to area stores and online as well. She even has her own moving truck to lower your moving costs! She even has an annual pie day where all her clients receive a delicious pie as another way of showing her gratitude. I worked with Michela on finding a home out in Richmond, VA. I currently live in Boise, ID and she took a lot of time searching for houses that I may like. She set up remote viewings using Facebook Live and answered any of my questions or took me to certain parts of the house I wanted to see again.

I was able to visit and look at houses in person with her and she was super friendly, professional, gave a lot of great restaurant suggestions, and drove around town showing the area and cool places to check out.

I have already recommended her to some other people looking to move to VA and highly suggest working with OwnRVA and Michela.
