Michele went above and beyond for me and husband’s first home purchase! She really made sure we understood every step of the way and even after we closed on the house she answered any questions we had about the house! My wife and I were new to home buying but Michele made it an easy process for us. She explained everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. Whenever we needed to contact her we were able to call, text, or email and she responded as quickly as she could. She gave us houses to look at on the internet. Some were on home buying websites and some were not. She took us to see all of the houses that we told her we liked. Everything was done professionally and at oue pace. She was encouraging and honest with us throughout the entire process. We greatly appreciate all of her efforts in helping us find our new home.

There’s so much I would like to say about Michele , but it would be way too long. She is just incredibly amazing, and there’s not enough words to describe how thankful we are for all the hard work that she put into our goal of selling and buying a house. The buyers purchasing my property made the process so difficult for us. Michele was on top of everything, she went above and beyond to make things happen for us. She was always there encouraging and helping us throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The short version is that things started off well, not necessarily great, but Michele did an amazing job as time went on and I definitely recommend her.

The longer version, starting with the minor issues early on (with a lot of positives to follow), was that Michele did not necessarily take a lot of my feedback into account when sending housing options for consideration. This meant I would get some homes that were far too small or too far away and that I was spending time unnecessarily. In fairness, there were a lot of variables and it would have been difficult for her to account for them all. I simply wish there was a better way to streamline that part of the process.

Michele was always responsive to communications about possible homes, about trying to see a home, and in offering her insights on each step of the process. With that in mind, Michele also took it upon herself to help organize communications with the lender to make sure everything was staying on track. If I needed a suggestion for solving a problem or getting work done, Michele either had an answer or set about finding options.

Without her work, I could have easily spent precious more time or money on what was already a stressful purchase.

Michele is absolutely awesome. As first time home buyers and not sure of many things, she helped ease our mind. She definitely makes you feel like family or long time friend. She’s very personable, yet professional. She was very patient and never made us feel rushed. We were looking for a starter or fixer upper home that was cozy for us, yet spacious for our family gatherings. Had to be accessible for work and good neighborhood. A house came up before Michele’s vacation and she did not hesitate to get us in to see it. After about 5 months, many house showings, and several rejections; my fiancé and I got our house. From showings to closing, she was with us every step of the way. Checking in & going above and beyond.

There’s so much I wish I could say. Michelle is a professional at her trait, she knows what you want and learns as you look at different homes. She will advise you on anything and is available even when she is not. She makes her client her priority and she will literally not rest until you are a satisfied and happy homeowner. We went through a lot finding me a home and I had many concerns as a new homeowner she would always answer my questions she is with you every step of the way. If you are unsure of something she’ll explain and if asked she’ll give her opinion on anything you might be unsure of. She will also give you many connections along the way and help take the stress off you. She is punctual and very nice. She will make sure you know what you are getting and to my knowledge and experience is the best of the best in this area. I would recommend her for all you buying and selling needs. She exceeded my expectations and helped me with every single detail to include making sure my lender and seller were on top of their part to close relatively on time. I appreciate her time and effort you barely meet anyone like this in the real state world. Usually many only do it for the money and will try to get you into the first home you see but she will be with you until you find the home you need and want. FYI we saw over 20-30 homes until I found the correct one for price, area, commute, schools, and much more. Not to mention she helps with VA loans ! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to spend the last 2-3 months with during this journey!

P.s C&B used updater and another app to help you with your move and also to help you look at homes they use a system that only shows you homes tailored to you which interacts with you and the realtor when you love like or discard of the homes.

What a great realtor, I felt she’s like family! She always looked out for my benefits. She drove miles and miles to find me the perfect house. She also pushed on everyone to ensure the paperwork are done on time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and would love to work with her in the future.

When we found the house that we knew we wanted to call home we were referred to Michele. She answered our inquiry at a late time in the evening and from that moment on we found not only a wonderful realtor but also a friend. Michele helped us with a seamless quick close to buy our new home and as her bio states, she was always available and attentive to any questions or help we needed. After buying our new home we also contracted with Michele to sell our current home. Again, always available and there to help us with every obstacle and decision that we needed to make. We had a few out of the ordinary bumps in the road during our selling process and Michele not only was there to investigate and find us answers but also was always there for moral support when frustration was met. Michele doesn’t give up and will help you continually for as long as it takes to get the job done. We would highly recommend Michele if you are looking for someone with quick responsiveness, patience and will always find the answer when needed. She will get the job done and help you in any way she can.
