Michele was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We looked at SO MANY HOUSES and put in quite a few offers and felt like we were never going to find anything. But we finally were able to find one and she was able to get us in contract for UNDER asking price. Under asking in this market? That is a testament to just how well she does her job. I would recommend her to anyone. You won’t regret having her as your realtor. I know we didn’t. We will definitely be using her again when the time comes!!!

Michele was great! We had a limited budget and limited availability for looking at houses, and we (I) probably texted her almost every day asking about properties we might want to tour and even though she had a lot else going on, she made sure she always had time to take us to see the houses we wanted. Even if she didn’t think we would like them (and she was always right about that …). When it came time to make our offers, we only had to make 3 offers before having one accepted - which is honestly a miracle because the housing market is just outrageous here in Columbus, and so many houses are selling sight unseen and for cash!! She was also very laid back, and it never felt like she was trying to rush us or push us into making an offer on a house we maybe didn’t really want. That’s pretty much all I could have ever hoped for in a realtor, because at the end of the process we found a house we wanted, within our budget, in a neighborhood we want to live in and the stress was honestly pretty low/minimal (even though I’m sure it didn’t seem that way haha).

Michele was always there for us, no matter what part of the state we wanted to look in. She was kind and patient with us, answered all our questions and was both professional and personal with us
