Michelle Amodeo

After living and owning in New York City for over fifteen years, Michelle shares her passion and knowledge of New York City with her clients, and she brings her analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to every transaction to ensure a seamless and efficient real estate experience.

Originally from Trenton, NJ, Michelle's interest in real estate began in high school when she worked as a real estate assistant at a local real estate firm. After graduating from college with a degree in finance, Michelle worked as an assistant controller in the financial services and hedge fund industries for over a decade. Now, as an experienced real estate agent with transactions in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, Michelle has a reputation in the industry for her financial knowledge and keen board packages for her clients.

In 2023, after representing several buyers in their purchase of unrenovated homes, renovating her own co-op, and managing a renovation process of combining units, Michelle became a Licensed Expeditor with the New York City Department of Buildings. Her insight into the New York City permitting process, and her renovation experience, are unique skills that have earned her the nickname "The Renovating Realtor."
