We were curious about what our home might be worth, given the state of the Ada County real estate market and asked the Ben Kinney Team at Keller Williams Boise to give us a call. Fortunately, Greg Mooney was the one who responded to our request. From the time we first met Greg, until we closed on our home a month later, Greg was with us all the way. He prepped us for our open house, and KW provided us with a free stager consultation to maximize our home's appeal. We got an over -asking offer the first weekend our home was on the market ( as Greg thought we would ) and he guided us through the sale process. When issues came up during the sale between us and the buyers as they inevitably do, Greg always said, " Dont worry about it'll, I'll handle it". He hooked us up with an absolutely terrific KW agent in our new city who found us a home that hit every single point on our wish list.
