We decided to start looking for our forever home in March and got paired with Michelle and honestly it was the best thing that could’ve happened. With the first get to know you phone call she spent an hour hearing our story and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. From the moment we connected she was extremely responsive at all hours of the day. During home showings, she would give us pointers on what we should be looking for. She was very transparent about how our offers looked and what we could do to strengthen them to sellers. I truly feel we couldn’t have found a better home. Michelle always made sure we had the correct documents and walked us through the process of becoming homeowners. It was such a smooth transition I highly recommend Michelle if you are looking for someone who genuinely cares, is knowledgeable, trustworthy in a highly competitive market she made our efforts stand out.

Michelle was absolutely amazing! She jumped on every listing and open house on properties that matched up to what we were looking for. She dug in to get answers and details before we even got to the homes to make our appointments as informative and detailed as possible as well as being efficient. She made our most recent home purchase fun and as stress free as she possibly could. She has great knowledge of the areas , the market and offers great ideas, options and solutions while guiding the buyers thru the process. She is fantastic!!!

Michelle was amazing from the beginning of our home search up until settlement, and even beyond! She paid close attention to what we were looking for and gave her honest suggestions without being pushy or overbearing which we appreciated. Michelle is simply amazing. Being a military family we’ve moved A LOT, and have worked with many realtors. Michelle is by far the best. We had to buy while stationed out of state and Michelle was so great with giving us video tours of every house we wanted to see, answering our many questions quickly, and scheduling around a 3 hour time difference. Her and her team went out of their way to make us feel so welcome in this new area where we know no one. She is such an amazing person with a big heart. We not only consider Michelle a friend, but family now.

Michelle is a wonderful real estate agent. I lost my apartment due to renovations. She posted the Melrose House location on the internet and on reviewing, it sounded like the perfect place. Lots of great pictures. Michelle met me immediately after contact and explained the whole process. She guided me thru the application process and helped me get approved with the condo association. She even gave me a nice gift on moving in. I was so impressed that in the future my ex and I will contact Michelle to help us sell our house in Mt. Airy.
