Whether you're going through a rough time in your life (like I was) or everything is easy peasy lemon squeezy, Michelle makes the selling process practically effortless (the "worst/most work-filled" part is all of the signatures needed-lol), uncomplicated and smooth. Being quick, efficient and incredibly organized are just some of Michelle's strengths. She is able to easily explain the entire process and guides you through it with a calendar created just for you-you're never going to miss what is going on or what needs to be done. With Michelle's help, we were able to get over asking price for our house. I have already referred her to one of my customers. Lastly, I am getting ready to buy another house and I'll be using Michelle for that process as well (I'll update my review later). :)

Absolutely will be using her again! She was very helpful with pointing out timelines and gave us great communication. Whenever there was an issue she found time in her busy day to help point us in the correct direction. She helped us get into contact with the correct people and departments to get all of our discovery done in a timely manner. She was very polite and sincere every time we spoke and never once showed any worry or frustration with our 1million questions. I feel like I can trust that we were in good hands on this purchase. Whether you are purchasing an existing home or building new, Michelle will go the extra mile to negotiate and represent your best interest. Even though we were 1500 miles away, Michelle kept us updated on our build on a regular basis by sending us walkthrough videos and communicating with the builder as appropriate. This was only the second home I've ever purchased so I was not very comfortable with the whole process. However, working with Michelle made me feel confident and at ease. My wife and I were buying our first house and it was out of state. We could not have asked for a better expiriance than Michelle gave us. She is very organized and knowledgable. Being out of state we really only wanted to visit once and put an offer in. Michelle thoughtfully planned our tours and did a lot of work for us before we even got to town. We were able to get our favorite house for under list price and under our budget, largely in part to Michelle's negotiation. Her service did not stop after the sale, quite the opposite actually. We received step by step help in all the closing details. Michelle made it seamless, we didn't even have to go into the title office. She went above and beyond by meeting companies on our behalf at the home since we were not in town. We highly recommend Michelle if you are looking for a realtor near Boise, we could not be any happier with her.
