Michelle is the best Real Estate Agent we've ever worked with, and we have bought many houses over the years. When I retired from the military and moved back into this area, Michelle was recommended by a friend. She found, and helped us buy, our current home a few years ago, as well as two more land/lot properties in Spotsylvania, VA this year that we are building our Forever Home and Vacation/Hunting Cabin on. What we appreciate about Michelle is that she really listens to what you want in a house/property, understands your specific needs, and then she works hard to find you properties to view that meet your criteria. No wasting time on houses/properties that are not in the range of what you are looking for, and she never makes you feel rushed to settle for something marginally acceptable. She really works hard to find exactly what you are looking for, and doesn't mind putting in the time or effort to make sure you are 100% happy with what you are buying. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable of the area, and can handle your needs whether its buying/selling an existing home, or a land lot to build your future dream home. She makes you feel like your part of her family, and that's why we keep going back to her time and time again and why we recommend her to our friends and family. Michelle was the perfect agent! While being extremely professional she also helped you to be excited for the whole experience. She never stops working for you until she gets you what you need. I have a huge amount of respect for her, she is your advocate as your agent. Michelle was the best realtor to help us buy our first home. She was flexible and was available for us day and night and any day if the week. Once we told her what we were looking for she made sure that she found things that met our needs. We went through 3 realtors prior to having Michelle and we definitely found the right fit for us. She never pushed us to buy even after looking at over 100 homes and she always told us that we would eventually find the right house for us and she was right. This couldn't be possible without her. Michelle helped us find our home when we were new to the Fredericksburg area. She listened to our needs, was quick to point out both good and bad points about potential homes, and was very willing to show us foreclosures and short sales, which some realtors avoid. She understood that we were looking for the right home, not just a nice house and did an excellent job guiding us through the process step by step without being pushy. Now a few years later, we are moving out of state and we did not want anyone but Michelle to help us to sell our home. Despite it being the slow season for the housing market, we got an offer on our home only 4 days after listing and Michelle did an awesome job at breaking down each detail so we felt comfortable and confident with making a decision. As a first time home buyer the experience is very stressful. We had gone through 2 other Real Estate agents prior to meeting michelle because they didn't listen to what we could afford or what we were looking for but after meeting michelle a lot of that stress was gone. Working with Michelle was amazing. We had worked with another realtor twice before when renting the home we sold through Michelle. We were nervous. Then we were lucky enough to work with Michelle for the sale of that home. She knew the area well, stayed up on market trends and was great on communication. Selling or buying a home is always a stressful time. Michelle made things so easy! She went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. She's a sweetheart - but tough when she needs to be. (especially when it came to dealing with offers and counter-offers.) She made the entire process a great experience.
