Jason was with me through the sale of my previous home to the purchase of our new home. The market was proving to bedifficult in our price range, but Jason was diligent and patient with us through the entire process. After looking for 3 months, westumbled on a FSBO and fell in love. The current owners of the property did not want to list their home with an agent, so Jasonhandled both sides of the transaction for us flawlessly. We closed as anticipated despite the few hiccups with our lender, allbecause Jason was involved and communicative with all parties along the way. He was our lynch pin. I love our home but if weever do sell or buy again in the future, Jason is the only person we will call.

Jason Merritt provided excellent realty services for both sides of the transaction. We initially contacted Jason because we needto move from a 3-story row house to a home with the Master Bedroom on the main floor. We thought that it would take a longtime to find a home -- we found 1 within a week! The Seller would not accept a contingent offer so we needed to list our homeand get it sold quickly. Jason and Michelle Merritt worked together to provide us with excellent advice on how to stage andshow our house. Our home sold within hours of listing. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer for over our askingprice. We quickly made a new offer on our dream home. After much negotiation over that offer we were in escrow on bothhouses with closing on both scheduled for the same day. We have now moved into our new home and are very happy. Jason is the Best!

Selling and buying are nerve-wracking experiences, and Jason continuously helped calm our nerves through the whole progression of selling and then buying. He was always there when we needed him. I don’t know how many times we had an anxious question pop up, and we were reassured knowing we could ask Jason and he would help us through it. From little things like what kind of topsoil to make our raised beds look good for selling, to delivering and hauling U-Haul containers to help us move, to big things like making a bid and preparing for financing, Jason was there for us during the whole process.
