Michelle Pierce's view on real estate has always been to be honest and value her clients and they will come back to her. She has found that her current and former clients to be her greatest attribute, as word of mouth spread of who she is and how she works. She makes sure that her clients are in constant contact with her, never in doubt and always with the most up to date information that can be found. With that communication and knowledge they make informed decisions in selling or purchasing a home. She understands that buying or selling a home is a hugely stressful event in her client’s life. Her goal is to reduce that stress as much as possible and match up the right home with the right people. After being in real estate for over 20 years she comes to realize that in this business her clients become family and she always wants to make sure they are taken care of and never feel they are not, so she makes sure to have a big table during the holidays because her door is always open to them.
