When her husband retired from the USAF and her daughters were out of school, she decided to get her real estate license. True to form, she quickly rose to the task and closed 16 transactions her first year as a rookie realtor (a first in her brokerage)! Her 2nd year, Michelle earned the #10 spot ranking in over 200 Realtors in the Yuba Sutter area. Many who have been in the business 20+ years. She has gained invaluable experience in the industry, all while utilizing her competitive spirit and never-give-up attitude, which is what her clients have come to expect. Since her infamous ‘goat trading' debut in real estate, Michelle has sold everything from multi-unit properties, single family homes, commercial property, farmland, and luxury homes. Her experience is as well-rounded as her personality and drive. Michelle has been very involved in California High School Rodeo, spending much of that time watching her daughters compete (that competitive apple did not fall far from the tree). She loves to ride horses, team rope, barrel race, and play the guitar and fiddle.
