Michelle and her outstanding assistant, Myra, were on top of everything needed to help me sell my home. I thought that with Covid-19 going on and lots of layoffs throughout the country, my putting my home up for sale should have been delayed. Michelle thought I should put it on the market as soon as possible; she just knew that the time was right, and boy she was spot on.
My home was priced right for the market and I was made an offer above asking price the day it went on sale. She and her office gave me exceptional service, including having a professional stager come to my home and using most of my things for showing. Where I was lacking in the finer things she and Myra came over and staged items for me. Michelle helped me find a staff of professional cleaners and did so many other things that I had no idea how to arrange of do. In addition, Michelle showed great patience and understanding when I delayed putting my house on the market. She told me that when I was ready, she'd be ready and she was. I'd have given her a higher grade for "Responsive" but she was doing the same things for her other clients as she did for me and I understood why she couldn't get back to me immediately. She did however get back to me when it counted.
Top notch professional and a sincerely wonderful person. Highly, highly recommend Michelle Torset and her group as a real estate broker to anyone wanting it done right!
