Michelle Walsh

Michelle Walsh has over twenty-five years of luxury real estate experience beginning her career in the Boston area with firms such as Benoit Mizner Simon and Company, now part of Sotheby’s, and as a principal and partner at JT Fleming and Company in Wellesley before relocating to Charleston, South Carolina six years ago. Following in the footsteps of her commercial real estate father, she worked for three years as a certified real estate appraiser before making residential real estate her specialty. In Charleston, she quickly became a top producer and opened her own firm, Charlestowne Realty Group, two years ago. Michelle has received the Realtors of Distinction Platinum Circle award from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for the past five years. Which has her ranked in the top two percent of realtors in Charleston.

Michelle is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She received a bachelor’s degree in business from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She is an avid tennis player, enjoys jogging, spending time with her husband John, children John and Sydney and adorable bulldogs Chaz and Diva.
