He was so extremely helpful in assisting me in finding my first solo apartment during first year of law school when I did have capacity to search for one myself. Miguel helped me find my rental apartment in Southport. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect place that exceeded my expectations. Miguel is great at following up, always scheduling showings in a quick manner, and was a great connection between myself and the property management organization. He was always so pleasant to speak to on the phone and had a positive attitude. 10/10 recommend Miguel for renting or buying! Can't wait to work with him again in the future.

Miguel was an incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive resource when he helped me find a place back in October. The longest I had to wait for a response was measured in hours rather than days and all of his communications were informative and detailed. He did most of the heavy lifting while my roommate and I followed in lockstep. Above all, he’s a cool guy to talk to and is quite capable at his job.

I’ve lived in numerous apartments and worked with countless realtors, so I can confidently say Miguel is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with!! He’s on top of what’s happening in the market and always has an eye on new MLS listings to make sure he’s quickly servicing clients. We came to him with a very specific wish list for our next rental, and he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in the condo, building amenities, and neighborhood. My boyfriend and I were relocating to Chicago due work and did not know where to start in regards to the apartment search, especially because we had a big dog. Miguel was fantastic and supported us throughout our he search. In an extreme sellers' market, he was always there and never got tired of the dozens of homes we saw, the numerous failed offers and the eventual closing diligence once an offer was finally accepted. All that isn't even mentioning his willingness to meet us in the far northwest suburbs (not an insignificant drive in traffic from Chicago). Miguel is -and I do not say this dramatically- an angel sent from heaven. From the get-go Miguel worked closely with my roommate and I to find a place in town that had enough space, sunlight, and character to fit our lifestyle. From running around in the middle of a pandemic in the freezing cold to allow us to view spaces virtually from Arizona - to accommodating our ever-changing criteria, Miguel was professional, responsive, kind, and SO easy to work with. This man knows the Chicago area like the back of his hand, and put us completely at ease in a process that could've easily felt extremely overwhelming.
