He later transitioned into commercial real estate, working with both large multifamily operators and independent investors to leverage their equity through 1031 exchanges, enabling them to secure higher-performing investments. In March 2024, Miguel returned to the single-family investment space and co-founded Acquire’d.
As CEO and Co Founder, Miguel’s role encompasses managing and mentoring the team, optimizing company operations, and expanding market share. His passion lies in fostering team success and driving the overall growth of the company.
