Mike and Angie are an absolute pleasure to work with!! They sold me my commercial office building and I regularly refer my clients to them for sales and purchases. The Central Florida Team goes above and beyond for their clients. They are knowledgeable of the market and very thoughtful guiding me through the sale of one home and purchase of another. Mike and Angie gave me very good advice /options in different stages of the process, openly sharing their expertise and contacts i.e. lawyers, contractors and accountants. I would call them frantically babbling and they would continuously calm me down and tell me what I needed to do, step by step. They even found me a home that the owners had not yet knew they wanted to sell. They think out of the box, and always look out for their client, before, during and after the sale.
