Mike and the team at The Harrelson Group made long-distance contract exchange and negotiation very simple. Mike Fiebernitz did a great job helping guide us through the purchase of our condo. Before the purchase of this condo, we had initially looked at, and entered into contract to purchase two others. Although those agreements did not ultimately work out, Mike provided assistance throughout the entire process. The final purchase is one we are very please with. Even though this was a small sale as compared to many real-estate transactions, it was a big decision for our family.
