Mike Forman, a native of Central Ohio, was born and raised in the region, providing him with extensive knowledge of the area. He serves as an expert advisor and negotiator, delivering value to buyers and sellers in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions. With a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Mike has overseen sales exceeding 500 million dollars to date, encompassing hundreds of homes, building lots, farms, subdivisions, and commercial and industrial properties.
Mike believes in the idea that making the world a better place begins at home, through consistent service to the local community. Throughout his life, he has been a dedicated investor in Delaware County and its surrounding areas. Mike has held prestigious roles such as President on the Big Walnut Local School Board, Delaware County Board of Realtors, and the Sunbury Lions Club. Additionally, he has actively participated in the Big Walnut Chamber of Commerce and dedicated over 25 years to the sale committee for the Delaware County Fair.
Married for nearly 50 years to Jody (Barber) Forman, Mike and Jody have three adult children. Together, their shared hobbies include hiking and cherishing precious moments with their grandchildren. In their home in Knox County, known as Granny Creek Farms, Mike and Jody focus on raising livestock, primarily cattle and club lambs. They enthusiastically support their grandchildren and other local youth in 4H at various local fairs, including those in Knox County, Delaware County, Morrow County, and The Hartford Fair.
