Mike Lefrancois

With a decade of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Lefrancois holds a General Appraiser License in the States of Rhode Island and Massachusetts along with being a Licensed Real Estate agent in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, Rhode Island Association of Realtors and serves on the Advisory Board of the Rhode Island Branch of the Appraisal Institute along with being elected as an Executive Board Member to the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors (RICABOR).

Prior to the formation of Regal Consulting Group, he was employed as a Regional Director for Allied Appraisal Associates of New England and as a Senior Analyst for Integra Realty Resources-Providence/Hartford. Michael is currently a candidate for designation (MAI) with the Appraisal Institute.

Michael earned his B.A. from the Franklin Pierce University, and is a native of Lincoln, RI. In his free time, Michael enjoys doing anything and being anywhere with his wife Michelle and two young children.
