I've been lucking having Mike as my agent. He is awesome, professional, available at anytime, answered every question I asked, guided me step by step in this long process. He treated me as a friend. Today we did close and thanks to him and the rest of the team I can say that I'm a home owner. Thank you very much Mike. I'm really greatful.

Ever since I reached out to Mike, he has shown assistance I've never experienced. Moving to Miami became a breeze as he helped with every step of finding a place to stay. Mike is a great agent to work with. He is very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He clearly outlines the steps required to submit and application get an offer accepted, and makes the whole processes easier than I would’ve imagined. He clarifies any concerns with thorough communication. Other agents I spoke with said getting a place with my timeline and budget wouldn’t be possible, but Mike made it happen. Highly recommend!

Mike went above and beyond to help us obtain a lease on a condo unit in Miami in a challenging market. We live a thousand miles away so we had to rely on Mike to be our eyes and ears. Mike responded promptly every time we reached out with yet another question, even when it was after hours (and even while he was out of town on vacation). He walked us through the steps of the bidding and rental process so we always knew what to expect. He coached us on how to make competitive offers and it worked out well for us. Mike was really proactive and communicative from the start. He gave us a portal right away, called and texted throughout the process, and made the entire experience which would have otherwise been stressful very manageable. Mike was as professional as can be while also being personable, and he finally got us an apartment that we are looking forward to moving into.
