I have been in the lending industry for over 30 years. My extensive experience in real estate, developing and investing has been a true value to my clients who are first time buyers or seasoned investors.
Prior to coming to American Pacific Mortgage. I owned a mortgage company, so I have a vast knowledge of the industry from originating, processing, underwriting and closing loans. I have originated many type of loans over the years, gained valuable experience, maintained my education and adapted to all the industry changes over the years.
By nature, I’m a friendly and outgoing person, I love talking to people, and enjoy building that long lasting relationship with my clients. My passion has always been to help people with their financing needs, which is what I enjoy doing most. The best reward is seeing their look of relief and joy of owning a new home.
During my career, most of my clients have been referred to me by family, friends, realtors, and other business acquaintances I have worked with over the last 30 years. I have built a highly regarded reputation for my knowledge and integrity, which are attributed to my honesty and determination.
Our specialty is with first time homebuyers, FHA, VA and conventional loan products. We also offer loans for clients who are interested in refinancing or lowering their interest rates, obtain cash out for home improvements, debt consolidation, or just to pull out equity.
What my clients love about me, is that we sit down and discuss their needs and what they would like to achieve. Many first time home buyers are apprehensive and overwhelmed with the loan process, so I break it down for them step by step, explain the process and how we transition from start to finish. Then together, we craft a plan to accomplish their goals.
