Mike Richardson

Born and raised south of Boston, Michael moved to Charleston to be closer to family and to take advantage of the extended sailing and fishing season. Charleston reminds him a bit of the home he left behind but with much warmer weather and southern charm.

Michael spent 30 years as a Realtor® and Real Estate Broker in the Boston area and still holds an active license there as well as here in Charleston. He specializes in highest and best use analysis land and estate sales as well as development placement. He has sold a number of large acreage estates in the North East.

When not selling real estate, Michael resides with his wife and daughter. He was an active member of the conservation commission and logistics committee for the Tall Ships Charleston. He also has been a volunteer for Race Week in the past.
