Michael is very knowledgeable and has been in this business a long time. He made several recommendations which were appreciated. Unfortunately we sold during a time of higher interest rates so it was a bit more stressful for us. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone selling their home.

I had been searching for a vacant lot about 2-5 acres in size in Arvada/Golden now for over four years. Mike hung with me through the entire duration. Finding a reasonably priced lot in that size in a hot real estate market was challenging. Then, when I found the one I wanted, I was out of town and Mike handled it remotely for me, assisting a great deal with my due diligence and closing. Highly recommend Mike.
