Mike Swope

Mike bought his first rental house in 1983. At that time he was working as the general manager at the Boise Racquet and Swim Club. In 1995 Mike decided to become a full time Realtor and, by then, owned 20 rental units plus a 9 unit complex with two partners.

Mike started Swope Investment Properties in 2003 with a focus on residential income properties. Our company has been # 1 in multi-family sales for 6 out of the last 7 years. These statistics are provided through the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service and are for southwest Idaho. By 2003 he was owner or part owner in 101 rental units.
Today, he is the owner or partner in 589 units. Real estate is not only his livelihood, but also, his passion.
