We needed to sell my mother's house after she passed, and had no idea what to do. Mike really came to the rescue. He took time to explain things we did not understand and what we needed to do to proceed. He explained each process, what steps were being taken, kept us notified of everything going on, and was prompt in returning calls to answer questions. When he would say he would do or check into something, he did. We trusted him and liked his professionalism, his knowledge, his patience, and his personality. We will definitely highly recommend Mike Wells, to everyone!

Mike Wells is the consummate real estate agent. I contacted him on a spur-of-the-moment decision to sell my condo. It was listed and in escrow in less than a week. Unfortunate circumstances caused the condo to fall out of escrow. I appreciated his candor and firm advice regarding disclosure obligations. He has integrity and a calm demeanor. I have worked with him several times and will continue to utilize his expertise in the real estate market should the need arise.
