Mike Wertz

Mike Wertz joined Realty Executives after 7 years at a local brokerage, where he served as a managing director, responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the company and its agents. A native of the Los Angeles area and a veteran of the Southern California real estate industry, Mike has developed exceptional understanding of the trends and issues facing buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. During his career, Mike has proven to be an innovator, leader, and exceptional communicator. In only his third year in the business Mike became the top producing agent in his office, with annual production exceeding twenty-five million dollars. He credits his continued success to his focus on meeting his client's needs rather than searching for the next client. By giving superior service, he is able to create raving fans, and his past clients are more than happy to refer him to their closest friends and family; knowing they will receive the same great level of service.

Mike is a member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Pasadena/Foothill Association of Realtors, Ventura County Board of Realtors, and Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors. Mike donates time and resources to important local organizations such as the Santa Clarita Food Pantry, Boy Scouts of America, and The Master's College.
