Mikhail Andreyev

Mikhail Andreyev is a Luxury Real Estate Specialist and lead agent for Compass, representing residential buyers and sellers as well as commercial properties from West Palm Beach to Miami. With over a decade of experience as a realtor in South Florida, Mikhail is an expert at helping his clients find their dream homes and loves leading and supporting them every step of the way. Mikhail was born in the former USSR and raised in Philadelphia. He moved to South Florida in 2013, drawn to the region’s sunshine and cultural diversity. Prior to his career in real estate, Mikhail founded and ran a successful carpet sales company in Philadelphia. Building that business helped him acquire skills that make him a top agent today: accountability, business management, attention to detail, marketing, follow-up, and client retention. Mikhail also honed his eye for interior design and developed a unique perspective working with diverse clientele, including commercial property investors and realtors. Before joining Compass, he was a top producer at his previous brokerage.

In his free moments, Mikhail loves spending time with his wife and young son and daughter at home in South Florida. Their favorite activities include visiting museums, playing soccer, boating, and exploring all the amazing beaches of South Florida. Mikhail is also an avid skier, trying to hit the slopes in Aspen or Killington as often as he can. He is fluent in Russian and English.
