Mikki guided us through the purchase of a second home which is very different from selecting a house you are living in every day. The house is used for holidays and family vacations, so it nee ded to accomodate entertaining and sleeping several people without a lot of useless square footage that would need to be maintained. Also, the exterior needed to be very low maintenance. Actually, the yard is pine straw instead of grass. We enjoy the house for special times without the constant care of a main home. Mikki negotiated a good price and made the out of state transaction easy for us. We could not afford beach front property, but we are only a short distance to the beach which we all love. Mikki reccommended a plumber and we installed an outside shower. Our grandchildren can enjoy the beach as much as they want and the shower keeps the sand outside. This is just one more thing that adds to the low maintenace we were seeking. This home is a special place for us and is known in our family as the Beach House. I'm proud to say my grandchildren have become Beach Bumbs.

Tremendous experience working with Healthy Realty and Mikki. Having only been to the area once before moving to Charleston, I had no idea where to even start looking for homes. Healthy Realty t ook the ideas and suggestions I had in a desired home and tailored a weekend full of listings that were ideal for my needs and within my price range. In process moving to SC from New York. We virtually know very little of the area. Mikki and her staff have been quite helpful showing us all around the Charleston area including shopping, par ks eating etc. the entire staff puts 100% effort in showing up around and made up feel quote welcome. To date we have not found a new home because of a family situation but i must say Mikki keeps checking in to see if there is anything she can do for us.
