Mimi Noel sold my rental property within 30 days in the market. She was very professional throughout the selling process and she was constantly advising me about everything. I was previously renting, credit wasn't where I wanted it to be. While at work I am notified that my landlord is not renewing my lease and I had to leave in 60 days. Now we all know this rental market and buying market is ridiculous today. I contact Mimi Noel and she got right to it. That weekend she showed me homes. I picked a house and as luck has it this seller (investment company) was not responsive nor very cooperative once inspection was done. Mimi never gave up and went through all channels to get the ball moving. Just like she promised we closed within 30 days. Not only did we close on time but throughout the transaction I had many questions and fears being this was my first time and she answered my call day or night regardless of the time.
